PURPOSES AND GROUNDS OF TREATMENT

DING DONG treats personal data exclusively for:

A) Execution of contracts to which the data subject is a party, or for pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject;

B) Defense of vital interests of the data subject or another natural person;

C) Compliance with legal obligations to which the controller is subject;

D) Effects of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by third parties, unless the holder’s fundamental interests or rights and freedoms that require the protection of personal data prevail, especially if the holder is a child;

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OPERATIONS

DING DONG does not transmit personal data to third parties, except in cases where this proves necessary for the provision of the services it has contracted, for the fulfillment of legal obligations or when it has given its consent for that purpose.

With the purposes indicated above in sight, we may need to use subcontractors for the purpose of processing personal data and communicate your personal data to subcontractors involved in contractual execution, namely, Tax Authority, Social Security, Accounting, Insurance Companies, and any other entities legally required to provide our services.
