As a company dedicated to the creation of architectural and interior projects, it has the need to collect, access and process personal data related to its main activity, which implies assuming in this case the position of Responsible for the Treatment with all the inherent obligations and duties:

DING DONG treats personal data exclusively for:

A) Execution of contracts to which the data subject is a party, or for pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject;

B) Defense of vital interests of the data subject or another natural person;

C) Compliance with legal obligations to which the controller is subject;

D) Effects of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by third parties, unless the holder’s fundamental interests or rights and freedoms that require the protection of personal data prevail, especially if the holder is a child;

The holders of personal data are the natural persons to whom the personal data respect, namely, customers, workers, service providers, employees, among others, so that DING DONG may collect and process different categories of personal data such as identification data and contact details, namely name, address, tax identification number, payment details, e-mail, telephone contact, among others, collected when services are provided, employment contracts, among others.

The processing of personal data is carried out for different purposes:

The personal data collected from our customers, workers, employees, partners or any other, has the sole purpose of gathering the information necessary to provide our services to data subjects and the development of our activity, administrative, accounting and tax management, including billing and accounting; payments; compliance with legal obligations and responding to requests from judicial authorities or other public authorities, under the legal terms, fulfilling the legal and contractual obligations inherent to our activity.

DING DONG carries out the processing of personal data exclusively for the purposes mentioned above and only for the period of time that is necessary or mandatory for the fulfillment of those purposes, with the conservation periods determined for each purpose and appropriate to each treatment in accordance with our legal obligations.

After the conservation period has elapsed, and as long as we are not obliged, by legal or administrative imposition, to proceed with their conservation, we delete personal data or proceed with their anonymization.

All our employees have a duty of confidentiality and protection of information as prescribed in the General Data Protection Regulation, being obliged to keep absolute secrecy about any information or knowledge of a personal, technical, business or other nature, acquired, necessary or involuntarily, during the employment relationship or because of it, relating to DING DONG or any other persons, natural or legal, that relate to it, namely, other workers, customers, family members, partners and suppliers, unless previously authorized by written.

DING DONG does not transmit personal data to third parties, except in cases where this proves necessary for the provision of the services it has contracted, for the fulfillment of legal obligations or when it has given its consent for that purpose.

With the purposes indicated above in sight, we may need to use subcontractors for the purpose of processing personal data and communicate your personal data to subcontractors involved in contractual execution, namely, Tax Authority, Social Security, Accounting, Insurance Companies, and any other entities legally required to provide our services.

However, the transmission of data to third parties is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and within the limits of the legal purposes and grounds defined in this Privacy Policy.

Our concern with the guarantee of secrecy and confidentiality in the processing of personal data covers our subcontractors or service providers, to whom we demand guarantees of data processing in accordance and in compliance with the rules of treatment arising from the GDPR.
