DELIVERIES

We only use high quality and trusty delivery partners who are qualified in delivering high value, fragile items.

All standard delivery quotes are for curbside delivery, white glove service available in mainland Portugal on request.

All quoted delivery charges are estimates only. Delivery charges are as precise as possible but in some circumstances there will be extra costs and fees involved, if this is the case we will contact you promptly to clarify the situation.

Please note for orders outside of Portugal additional costs may be incurred including import duties and taxes.

Please note, you are required to manage safe and reasonable access to your property and room of choice, ensuring that items you order can be delivered.

RETURNS

Made to order item can only be returned if considered to be faulty. Please contact exposed@dingdong.pt for more information.

For in stock items please email exposed@dingdong.pt within 14 consecutive days of delivery with your name and order number. Please return the item in perfect condition with the original packaging for a full refund. This does not affect cancellations or statutory rights. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and will remain responsible for all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order.

CANCELLATION

In Stock Items:

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel it. Please email exposed@dingdong.pt with your order number and we'll analyze your request. If your order has already been shipped, please follow our return process delineated below.

Made to Order:

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by emailing exposed@dingdong.pt within 5 working days of purchase for a full reimbursement. If outside of this period, we will be unable to stop production of the item and no refund will be available. Please contact exposed@dingdong.pt if you wish to understand the above options.

LEATHER

We only use the finest hides which will age over time. All hides are distinctive and will have natural imperfections that add character, but all need some care and attention to prolong their life. Regular cleaning with a lint free cloth accompanied by a gentle application of Marseille soap a few times a year will keep the leather clean and grease free. We also recommend applying a good quality leather conditioner twice a year to prevent from dying a cracking.

VELVET

If the velvet fibers look flat, it is recommended to use a steamer to raise it. When a steamer is not available, a damp (not wet) cloth can be used on the area overnight, which will repair the fibers. The same result can be attained by spraying a small amount of demineralized water on the area at a distance of 20 cm and letting it dry overnight. It is advised to treat the whole surface to avoid colour variations. The upholstered furniture should only be used when the fabric is entirely dry.
