We accept MasterCard Visa and MB Way. All items must be paid for in full on order placement.

In Stock Items:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 consecutive days of placement. If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, please email exposed@dingdong.pt. If your order has already been shipped, please follow our return process delineated below.

Made to Order:

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by emailing exposed@dingdong.pt within 5 working days of purchase for a full reimbursement. If outside of this period, we will be unable to stop production of the item and no refund will be available. Please contact exposed@dingdong.pt if you wish to understand the above options.

All items are subject to availability. When an item is made to order, we indicate a lead time on the item page. Sporadically things occur outside of our control which may end in a delay to your order. All of our made to order items are built by experienced craftsman employing unique techniques and materials. The use of these method means that there can be small variations in color and finish from the images presented o this website. We tried our best to display images as accurate as possible and all items are carefully examined before shipment.

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card details. Information remains secure whenever it is transmitted over the internet. The data is kept for one year. If you wish to delete it, please contact exposed@dingdong.pt
